The STMicro BAT54FILMY is a 40 V, 300 mA Schottky rectifier in the SOT-23-3 package, graded for automotive applications. Its 5 ns reverse recovery time suits fast-switching circuits like flyback snubbers and low-voltage rail protection.
Forward voltage and leakage at temperature
Reverse leakage is 1 µA at 30 V, but expect this to rise with junction temperature up to the 150 °C limit.
Junction capacitance and switching edge
10 pF capacitance at 1 V reverse bias keeps the switching edge clean in high-frequency circuits; the 5 ns trr means it recovers fast enough for most automotive PWM and DC-DC stages under 500 kHz.
