Schottky pair in a SOT-23-3 footprint
The STMicroelectronics BAT54CFILM packs two Schottky diodes in a common-cathode configuration inside a single SOT-23-3 package. Each diode handles 300 mA DC average rectified current with a 40 V reverse voltage ceiling, and the 5 ns reverse recovery time keeps switching losses low in high-frequency rectification or clamping circuits.
Forward voltage peaks at 900 mV at 100 mA — that's the worst-case drop for thermal budgeting in a low-voltage rail. Reverse leakage is 1 µA at 30 V, which stays manageable up to the 150°C junction limit, though leakage climbs with temperature.
