100 V Schottky in a SOD-123 footprint
The STMicroelectronics BAT41ZFILM is a 100 V, 200 mA Schottky rectifier in a SOD-123 surface-mount package. The 100 V reverse voltage rating is the distinguishing spec here — most small-signal Schottky diodes in this footprint top out at 40 V or 60 V, so this part is the pick when the rail or flyback voltage exceeds the usual 40 V ceiling.
That is the conduction-loss number for the thermal calculation: at full rated current the part dissipates 200 mW, and the SOD-123 copper pad area under the cathode tab sets the junction-to-ambient thermal resistance. Reverse leakage is 100 nA maximum at 50 V reverse. Leakage doubles with every 10 °C rise in junction temperature — at 125 °C junction the leakage current can dominate the standby budget in a battery-powered circuit. The maximum junction temperature is 150 °C, so the thermal margin is there if the copper pad is sized correctly.
Junction capacitance — what the 10 pF means
The diode has 10 pF capacitance measured at 1 V reverse bias and 1 MHz. For a switching application like a low-frequency rectifier or a 50/60 Hz power supply this capacitance is negligible. In a high-speed clamp or a signal-detect circuit above a few MHz, that 10 pF starts to load the line — check the RC time constant against your signal edge rate.
