Low-current Schottky for signal and protection rails
The 1N6263 is a 60 V, 15 mA Schottky diode in the DO-35 axial-lead package — a small-signal rectifier suited for low-power rail protection, signal clamping, and high-frequency detection circuits where the Schottky's low forward drop and fast recovery matter more than raw current capacity. With a forward voltage of 1 V max at 15 mA and reverse leakage of only 200 nA at 50 V, it fits battery-powered sense circuits where every microamp of quiescent loss counts.
Junction temperature range and parasitic capacitance
The junction operates from -65°C to 200°C, covering military-temperature and under-hood automotive environments without derating the 60 V blocking voltage. Capacitance measures 2.2 pF at 0 V bias and 1 MHz — low enough that the diode does not load RF or fast-switching nodes in detector or mixer applications.
Package and assembly fit
The DO-35 (DO-204AH) axial-lead package is a through-hole form factor that drops into legacy board layouts and hand-assembly or wave-solder lines without a footprint change. Available in Tape & Reel (TR) and Cut Tape (CT) options for both automated pick-and-place and low-volume bench builds.
Lifecycle and compliance
ROHS3 compliant, with no RoHS exemption conflicts for EU or global shipping.
