The Skyworks SI8663BD-B-ISR is a 6-channel digital isolator using capacitive coupling technology, rated for 150 Mbps data rate with 5000 Vrms isolation voltage. Propagation delay is 13 ns max (both directions), with 4.5 ns max pulse-width distortion and 2.5 ns typical rise/fall times — timing margins tight enough for 150 Mbps NRZ data without bit-error accumulation. Common-mode transient immunity is 35 kV/µs minimum, meaning the output holds state through fast ground-slope events in motor-drive or inverter stages.
Industrial temperature and supply flexibility
