I²C bus isolation with 5000 Vrms and 35 kV/µs transient immunity
The SI8600AD-B-ISR is a 2-channel bidirectional I²C digital isolator from Skyworks Solutions, built on capacitive coupling technology. It provides 5000 Vrms galvanic isolation between the two sides of the I²C bus, with a common-mode transient immunity of 35 kV/µs minimum — enough to reject fast transients from motor drives or switching power supplies without corrupting the clock or data lines. Each of the two channels is bidirectional, with two inputs on side 1 and two on side 2, matching the SDA and SCL lines of a standard I²C bus.

No isolated power is integrated — the device requires a separate isolated DC-DC converter if the bus needs power on the isolated side.
