With ±10% tolerance at 25 °C and the X7R tempco governing the drift band, this part is sized for bypass and decoupling duty — not for precision RC time-constant paths. If the board is running signal-chain filtering close to the Nyquist boundary, the accumulated drift across the temp range can push the corner frequency outside the intended band. For that role a COG/NPO part with tighter tempco would be the spec to seek, but at the cost of lower volumetric density and higher per-capacitor board area.
