50 V / 150 mA dual NPN — small-signal switching pair in a 1.6 mm² footprint
With a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 50 V and a maximum collector current of 150 mA, it handles typical low-power switching loads — relay coils, LED drivers, signal-level inverters — without the footprint of two discrete SOT-23s. The 180 MHz transition frequency gives it enough speed for PWM frequencies up to a few megahertz and for level translation in digital interfaces.
150°C junction — thermally rated for tight enclosures
The EMX1T2R is rated for a maximum junction temperature of 150°C, which means it can sit in a warm ambient — inside a motor drive housing, near a power supply, or in an outdoor telecom node — without derating the collector current. The 150 mW power dissipation ceiling is the package limit; at 150 mA continuous you'll be below that, but if both transistors are conducting simultaneously, the thermal budget needs a quick check against the SOA curve in the datasheet.
ROHS3 compliance is confirmed, which covers the latest EU exemption updates.
