Waterproof piezo-resistive absolute pressure sensor in 10-VFLGA
The BM1390GLV-ZTR from ROHM Semiconductor is a waterproof piezo-resistive absolute pressure sensor delivering ±0.015PSI (±0.1kPa) accuracy across a 4.35PSI to 18.85PSI (30kPa to 130kPa) operating range. Housed in a 10-VFLGA surface-mount package with no port, the sensor outputs data over an I²C interface, simplifying board integration for sealed or potted assemblies.
Maximum overpressure rating of 290.08PSI (2000kPa) provides a safety margin of roughly 15× above the full-scale operating pressure, reducing burst risk during transient events.
