The BA00CC0WT from ROHM Semiconductor is a single-output, positive adjustable linear regulator delivering up to 1 A. The output voltage is set with an external resistor divider from a 1.225 V reference to a maximum of 25 V, matching the input voltage ceiling. Housed in a TO-220-5 Full Pack (TO-220FP-5) through-hole package, the device mounts into a standard TO-220 footprint with the added benefit of a fully isolated metal tab — no insulating pad or washer is needed between the tab and the heatsink, simplifying thermal management in high-reliability builds.
Power supply rejection ratio is specified at 55 dB at 120 Hz, which means the regulator attenuates 120 Hz ripple (full-wave rectified mains) by a factor of roughly 560×.
