The Renesas ZSC31010CEG1-R is an RBicLite™ series sensor signal conditioner designed for resistive sensor elements, such as piezoresistive bridges or strain gauges, in a compact 8-SOIC surface-mount package. The part communicates over a ZACwire™ one-wire interface, reducing the number of board traces needed for calibration and data readout — useful in space-constrained or multi-drop sensor modules.
Active production, ROHS3 compliant — no end-of-life concern for new designs
It is ROHS3 compliant, meeting the latest EU restriction-of-hazardous-substances directive for lead-free soldering processes.
8-SOIC footprint and tape-and-reel packaging for automated assembly
Housed in a standard 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm width) package, the ZSC31010CEG1-R uses the same 1.27mm pitch footprint as countless op-amps and interface ICs — no special layout rules or non-standard pad patterns are needed. Available on Tape & Reel (TR) or Cut Tape (CT), it feeds directly into pick-and-place lines for volume production or prototype builds.
