Gate charge and switching budget
Gate charge is 34 nC maximum at 4.5 V — a moderate figure that keeps the driver current manageable at typical switching frequencies. At 100 kHz, the average gate drive current is about 3.4 mA, well within the capability of a standard MOSFET driver. The input capacitance is 5600 pF at 10 V drain bias, which sets the switching energy and the driver's peak current requirement during the Miller plateau.
Package and thermal path
The part comes in an 8-PowerWDFN package, supplier device package 8-WPAK (3). The 150 °C maximum junction temperature allows headroom for high-current operation in constrained enclosures, but the thermal resistance depends on the board's copper area and airflow.
