32 MHz RL78 core with 384 KB flash
The R7F100GLK2DFA#BA0 is a 16-bit RL78/G23 MCU running at 32 MHz, with 384 KB of program flash, 32 KB of SRAM, and 8 KB of on-chip EEPROM. That EEPROM is a separate block from the flash—useful for calibration constants or boot parameters that need rewriting without wearing the main program memory. It packs 54 general-purpose I/O lines, plus a built-in capacitive touch sensing peripheral, LVD, POR, PWM, and WDT. The connectivity set includes CSI, I²C, LINbus, SPI, and UART/USART—enough for a sensor hub or a small control panel.
Industrial temp range and supply flexibility
If you need tighter timing, the CSI and I²C interfaces can still use an external clock reference.
Active production — sourcing via RFQ
The ROHS3 compliance covers the latest EU exemption updates.
On-chip analog and touch sensing
The data converter block includes 12 channels of 10-bit ADC and 8 channels of 12-bit ADC, plus two 8-bit DAC outputs. That's enough analog front-end for a multi-sensor board—temperature, pressure, light, and a couple of analog outputs for actuator trim. The capacitive touch peripheral works with the RL78/G23's dedicated touch library, which handles self-capacitance and mutual-capacitance sensing. No external touch controller needed for a membrane keypad or slider.
