RXv3 core at 240 MHz — 4 MB Flash for code-heavy designs
The Renesas R5F572MNDDFB#30 is a 32-bit microcontroller from the RX series, built around the RXv3 CPU core running at 240 MHz. It carries 4 MB of on-chip Flash program memory and 111 general-purpose I/O lines, making it a fit for applications that need both compute throughput and substantial firmware storage — think motor-drive control stacks with embedded EtherCAT, or a gateway aggregating CAN, Ethernet, and USB traffic without an external host processor.
Connectivity and peripheral set
On-chip data converters include a 29-channel 12-bit ADC and a 2-channel 12-bit DAC. Peripheral blocks cover DMA, LCD controller, LVD, POR, PWM, and WDT — enough to handle a distributed control node without external supervisory ICs.
The 2.7 V supply rail (minimum) allows operation from a 3.3 V regulated bus with margin for brown-out.
