Supply voltage, temperature, and the board-level constraints
The R5F565N9FDFB#30: Supply range is 2.7 V to 3.6 V. The -40°C to 85°C operating range covers factory-floor enclosures and outdoor telecom cabinets.
Analog and peripheral mix — what you can leave off the BOM
The part integrates 29 analog inputs (12-bit ADC) and 2 DAC outputs (12-bit). For a motor-drive application, that means current-sense on all three phases plus DC-link voltage and temperature — no external ADC needed. The peripheral set includes DMA, LVD, POR, PWM, and WDT, and the oscillator is internal, so the only external timing component is a crystal if you need tighter accuracy for Ethernet or CAN.
Lifecycle and sourcing — active, no LTB clock ticking
No last-time-buy notice, no NRND flag. ROHS3 compliant. For a BOM freeze, this part is safe to qualify in — no near-term obsolescence risk.
