The Renesas PS9031-Y-AX is an optically coupled isolated gate driver rated for 5000Vrms isolation in a 5-LSOP surface-mount package. It delivers 2.5A peak output current with 2A source and 2A sink capability — enough to drive the gate charge of medium-power IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs in motor drives, solar inverters, and industrial power supplies.
