Voltage hierarchy — standoff, breakdown, clamping
The reverse standoff of 16 V typ sits below the minimum breakdown of 17.8 V, giving the protected 24 V rail a 1.8 V guard band in normal operation. At that point it clamps hard to 26 V and conducts 57.7 A peak, limiting the energy delivered to the load-side semiconductors.
AEC-Q101 qualification and temperature grade
Qualified to AEC-Q101 at a junction temperature limit of -55 °C to 150 °C — the upper bound is the key figure for derating in engine-compartment or sun-loaded enclosure applications. A junction running at 125 °C still has 25 °C margin before the 150 °C absolute limit, which matters for automotive safety circuits where the TVS must survive without entering thermal runaway during a protracted fault.

Listed Active. The SMC (DO-214AB) package is a standard industry footprint shared across multiple TVS suppliers, which provides second-source flexibility if the Panjit line ever moves to NRND.
