PhotoMOS relay for signal-level switching
The AQY210SZ is a solid-state relay from the PhotoMOS™ AQY series, designed for switching low-level AC or DC signals without mechanical contacts. The SPST-NO (1 Form A) circuit handles loads up to 120 mA across a 0 V to 350 V range, making it a fit for isolating sensor outputs, PLC digital inputs, or test-equipment signal paths where silent, bounce-free switching matters.
Rated load current of 120 mA and a maximum on-state resistance of 25 Ohms — the voltage drop across the relay at full load is 3 V (I × R), so the downstream circuit must tolerate that drop. The 350 V load voltage ceiling covers 240 VAC mains isolation and 48 VDC industrial rails with margin.
