200W peak pulse in a SOD-123F footprint
Clamps at 38.9V max with a 5.1A peak pulse current. Reverse standoff voltage of 24V means it starts conducting above a 24V rail — suited for 24V DC buses in industrial or telecom gear where transients ride on the supply. Housed in a SOD-123F surface-mount package. The small footprint suits high-density PCB layouts, but the 200W rating limits it to secondary-side or low-energy transient suppression — not primary mains protection.
This covers automotive under-hood, outdoor telecom cabinets, and industrial floor applications where the ambient swings wide.
