The P6SMB75AT3: It protects a 64.1V nominal rail, clamping transients to 103V at 5.8A peak pulse current (10/1000µs waveform), and handles 600W peak pulse power. The DO-214AA (SMB) package is surface-mount, rated for junction temperatures from -65°C to 150°C.
