This is a 600 W peak pulse power bidirectional TVS diode from the P6KE series. The 51 V standoff voltage means it clamps transients on a nominal 48 V or 51 V DC rail without conducting in normal operation. Bidirectional construction fits AC lines or symmetric signal pairs — no orientation to get wrong in the field.
