Dual-channel bidirectional ESD clamp for signal lines
The NUP2105LT1 integrates two bidirectional Zener TVS channels in a single SOT-23-3 package, protecting a pair of data or I/O lines from ESD and surge events up to 350W peak pulse power. With a reverse standoff voltage of 24V min and clamping at 44V max at 8A (8/20µs pulse), it is suited for 24V bus lines in industrial and automotive environments. The 30pF typical capacitance at 1MHz keeps signal degradation low on interfaces like CAN, RS-485, or USB 2.0.
