The H11A617DW: Rated for 5300Vrms isolation, this optoisolator provides galvanic separation between a DC input and a transistor output in a single 4-DIP (0.400", 10.16mm) through-hole package — a standard footprint that mates with 0.100-inch pitch DIP sockets or solders directly into a PCB. The single-channel device delivers a current transfer ratio (CTR) of 160% to 320% at a forward current of 10mA, with a maximum Vce saturation of 400mV. Output is rated for up to 70V and 50mA continuous, suitable for logic-level interfacing and low-power signal isolation. Operating temperature spans -55°C to 100°C, covering industrial and some automotive under-hood environments.
