The H11A617C: Rated for 5300Vrms isolation — this is a reinforced-level test voltage per IEC 60747-5-5, suitable for mains-referenced circuits where basic isolation is insufficient. Current transfer ratio spans 100% to 200% at 10 mA forward current, giving a guaranteed minimum gain for logic-level interfacing. Typical rise and fall times are 2.4 µs each, which limits switching to low-speed signals below ~200 kHz.
Package and temperature grade
Rated for -55°C to 100°C operating ambient, covering industrial and some automotive under-hood environments where the isolation barrier must hold at temperature extremes.
