Minimum current transfer ratio of 30% at 10 mA forward current means the output transistor sinks at least 3 mA with 10 mA into the LED — this sets the minimum load resistor for a logic-level interface. Typical turn-on and turn-off times of 2 µs each place the H11A5300 in the medium-speed optocoupler class — suitable for 100 kHz-ish switching or slower serial data, but not for high-speed digital isolation above a few Mbps.
