The H11A4300W: Rated for 5300Vrms isolation, this single-channel phototransistor optocoupler bridges a DC input to a 30V output stage with a minimum current transfer ratio of 10% at 10mA forward current. Typical turn-on and turn-off times of 2µs each mean it handles logic-level signalling up to the low hundreds of kHz — adequate for status feedback, PLC input isolation, and relay driver interfaces where galvanic separation is required.
