Obsolete — independent surplus sourcing
onsemi has marked the H11A3SR2M as Obsolete.
Isolation barrier and switching performance
Rated for 7500Vpk isolation voltage, this optocoupler provides a galvanic barrier between the input LED and the output phototransistor — sufficient for safety isolation in mains-referenced circuits and noise isolation in industrial sensor interfaces. Typical turn-on and turn-off times of 2 µs each support signal frequencies up to roughly 250 kHz before the switching edges degrade. The 20% minimum current transfer ratio at 10 mA forward current ensures the output can drive a standard logic input or a downstream transistor stage with margin.
Electrical ratings and board-fit
The output transistor handles up to 30 V collector-emitter with a maximum saturation voltage of 400 mV — both compatible with 24 V PLC-level signals. Housed in a 6-SMD gull-wing package, surface-mount compatible with reflow soldering. Supplied in Tape & Reel for automated pick-and-place assembly.
