5300Vrms isolation, DC input, transistor output
Rated for 5300Vrms isolation — suitable for galvanic barrier applications in industrial controls, power supplies, and signal isolation where the primary-to-secondary withstand voltage must exceed 5 kV. DC input side with a typical forward voltage of 1.18V and maximum forward current of 100 mA. The output is a phototransistor with base access, rated for 30V maximum output and 400mV Vce saturation at 10 mA. Minimum current transfer ratio of 20% at 10 mA forward current means the output transistor saturates at 2 mA collector current for every 10 mA LED drive — a standard coupling ratio for logic-level interfaces. Switching times of 2 µs turn-on and 2 µs turn-off typical — fast enough for 100 kHz data rates in isolated communication or gate drive feedback paths. Operating temperature range of -55°C to 100°C covers industrial and some military/aerospace environments.
