The FOD8314TR2 is a single-channel optical coupling gate driver from onsemi, rated for 1.5 A peak output current and 5000 Vrms isolation. It drives the gate of a medium-power IGBT or MOSFET in motor-drive and industrial power-supply stages where reinforced insulation is required between the controller and the power device.
