Typical rise and fall times of 60 ns keep switching losses low, while the 35 kV/µs minimum common-mode transient immunity prevents false triggering in noisy inverter environments where dV/dt on the floating side exceeds 10 kV/µs. Maximum propagation delay is 400 ns with pulse-width distortion capped at 100 ns, giving the designer a predictable timing budget for dead-time insertion.
