Isolation and transfer ratio for the BOM
Rated for 5000Vrms isolation — this is the reinforced isolation tier for mains-referenced circuits, suited for power-supply feedback loops or IGBT gate-drive interfaces where the primary-to-secondary barrier must withstand industrial transient voltages. Current transfer ratio spans 100% to 200% at 10 mA forward current. The 2:1 min-to-max spread means the downstream circuit must tolerate the full CTR range without saturating the output transistor or dropping out of logic threshold at the low end. Output transistor saturates at 400 mV max (Vce) — this sets the low-level output voltage into the receiving logic or microcontroller input. At 50 mA continuous output current per channel, the device can drive a relay coil or a small DC load directly.
Housed in an 8-SMD gull-wing package with a 7.62 mm body width — the gull-wing leads are visible and probe-able after reflow, making hand rework straightforward under a hot-air station.
