25 Mbps digital isolation in an 8-SOIC footprint
The FOD0720R2 is a single-channel logic-gate optoisolator from onsemi that delivers 25 Mbps data rate across a 3750 Vrms isolation barrier. The 8-SOIC narrow-body package (3.90 mm width) is a common footprint for optoisolators, making the FOD0720R2 a drop-in candidate for designs already using similar SOIC-8 isolators.
