The AR0237ATSC12XUEA0-DPBR: The active pixel array measures 1928H x 1088V, delivering 60 frames per second at full resolution — sufficient for automotive surround-view, rear-view, and driver-monitoring camera modules that require simultaneous capture from multiple sensors.
Supply rail and pixel architecture
The sensor operates from a 1.7 V supply rail, which is the core voltage for the pixel array and readout logic. The 3 µm x 3 µm pixel frame size sets the optical format and determines the lens image circle required for the 2MP resolution. Packaged in an 80-ball IBGA tray, the die sits on a substrate that routes the pixel outputs and control signals to the ball grid. The tray format is standard for automated pick-and-place into camera module assemblies.
