The onsemi AR0144ATSM20XUEA0-TPBR is a 1MP CMOS image sensor from the AR0144 family, built on a 3µm x 3µm pixel frame and packaged for automated assembly on Tape & Reel. 1280x800 at 60 fps — the resolution and speed for real-time vision
The active pixel array is 1280H x 800V, delivering 1MP resolution at 60 frames per second — enough frame rate to capture motion in a reversing camera or lane-departure warning loop without blurring edges. The 1/4-inch optical format keeps the lens cost and board footprint manageable for multi-camera arrays where four or six sensors share a single ECU.
