1.2 MP global-shutter CMOS imager with on-chip processing
The onsemi AR0134CSSM00SPCA0-DPBR is a 1/3-inch optical-format CMOS image sensor with an integrated image processor, delivering a 1280H x 960V active pixel array at 54 frames per second. The 3.75 µm x 3.75 µm pixel size gives it a solid light-collection area for its class, making it a fit for machine-vision and surveillance cameras where global-shutter capture without motion blur is required.
Supply rail and temperature envelope
The sensor runs off a 1.7 V core supply, a single low-voltage rail that simplifies the power tree compared to multi-voltage imagers. Its operating temperature range of -30°C to 70°C (TA) covers indoor security, outdoor day/night cameras, and industrial vision systems that see ambient extremes but not engine-bay heat.
