10 Mbps isolation gate — obsolete but findable
The onsemi 6N137W is a single-channel optoisolator rated for 10 Mbps data rate with an open-collector output — it converts a logic-level DC input across a 2500 Vrms galvanic barrier without ground loops in high-speed digital isolation paths. Propagation delay is 75 ns max (tpLH / tpHL) with a 50 ns rise and 12 ns fall time typical — fast enough for 10-Mbps serial buses and PLC backplane isolation where the 75 ns skew fits the timing budget. Common-mode transient immunity is a minimum 10 kV/µs typical — this is the figure that matters in motor-drive or inverter environments where high dV/dt at the isolation barrier can otherwise couple false edges through the optocoupler.
Package and supply — through-hole DIP-8
The forward voltage (Vf) is 1.4 V typical, and the forward current (If) max is 50 mA; the output can sink up to 50 mA per channel.
