This single-channel optoisolator provides 4170Vrms of galvanic isolation between the DC input and the transistor output. The minimum current transfer ratio is 100% at 10mA forward current, meaning the output transistor can sink at least as much collector current as the LED drive current — a standard spec for logic-level interface and feedback in power supplies. The 6-DIP through-hole package (0.300-inch body width) is a common footprint for legacy designs and breadboard prototyping.
Switching speed and output drive
