1500W Zener TVS in a DO-201AD axial body
The 1.5KE27ARL4 is a unidirectional Zener TVS diode from onsemi's Mosorb™ series, rated for 1500W peak pulse power at 10/1000µs waveform. Its 25.7V minimum breakdown voltage and 23.1V reverse standoff make it a fit for 24V rail clamping in general-purpose circuit protection.
Clamping performance and temperature range
At the 10/1000µs test pulse, the clamping voltage max is 37.5V at 40A peak pulse current — that is the ceiling the protected circuit sees during a surge event. Operating junction temperature spans -65°C to 175°C, so it holds up in engine-bay or outdoor telecom enclosures without derating at the hot end.
