LIN I/O Slave — 45µA quiescent, 6.5V–27V supply
The NXP UJA1023T/2R04/C,51 is a LIN I/O slave that handles local switching and sensor readback on a LIN bus node, compliant with LIN 2.0. It draws 45µA supply current — low enough to stay alive on a battery line without draining the pack during ignition-off periods. Supply range spans 6.5V to 27V, which covers the full 12V automotive battery envelope including cold-crank dips and load-dump spikes.
16-SOIC package — footprint and board fit
Housed in a 16-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm width) body, supplier device package 16-SO. The 1.27mm pitch is standard for two-layer boards — no micro-via or blind-buried stack-up needed. Tape & Reel and Cut Tape options are listed for both volume and prototype quantities.
