The S9KEAZ128AMLK is an NXP Kinetis KEA 32-bit MCU built around an ARM Cortex-M0+ core running at 48 MHz (cite:). That clock rate, combined with 128 KB of on-chip Flash (cite:) and 16 KB SRAM (cite:), gives you enough headroom for a sensor-fusion or CAN-bridge node without external memory.
