Vacuum pressure sensor with amplified analog output
The NXP MP3V5050VC6U is a board-mount vacuum pressure sensor in the MP3V5050 series. It measures vacuum pressure down to -7.25 PSI (-50 kPa) and outputs a ratiometric analog voltage from 0.06 V at minimum pressure to 2.82 V at maximum. The output is amplified and temperature compensated, so you get a clean, predictable signal across the rated range without external conditioning. Supply it with 2.7 V to 3.3 V and read the voltage directly into an ADC.
Temperature range and accuracy
Rated for -40°C to 125°C operating temperature, this sensor handles industrial enclosures, outdoor telecom cabinets, and under-hood automotive environments. The ±2.5% accuracy is the total error band including offset, span, linearity, and temperature effects — no additional calibration needed for most applications. If your system needs tighter than 2.5% FS, plan for a two-point calibration at your operating pressure.
Lifecycle and sourcing
The MP3V5050VC6U is listed as Active with ROHS3 compliance. No end-of-life notice or last-time-buy window is in effect. This part is sourced through independent distribution and quoted to order against an RFQ.
