The NXP MKL26Z128VLL4 is a Kinetis KL2 series ARM Cortex-M0+ MCU clocked at 48 MHz, with 128 KB Flash and 16 KB RAM. The 48 MHz ceiling sets the USB OTG full-speed timing window — if your design needs host/device switching on a single connector, this part handles it without an external PHY. 84 I/O in a 100-LQFP (14×14 mm) gives enough headroom for a parallel LCD or a sensor array plus the USB and serial buses.
Rated -40 to 105 °C operating temperature.
Peripherals and data converters
On-chip 16-bit ADC and 12-bit DAC cover analog front-end needs — the ADC resolution is enough for current-sense or thermocouple inputs in industrial control.
Status is Active per NXP's product record — no last-time-buy pressure, no successor to cross-reference.
