The NXP LPC804M111JDH24FP is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ microcontroller from the LPC80xM series, clocked at 15 MHz with 32 KB of Flash program memory and 4 KB of SRAM. It operates from a 1.71 V to 3.6 V supply and is rated for the -40 °C to 105 °C industrial temperature range, making it suitable for factory automation, motor-control feedback loops, and outdoor telecom nodes where the thermal envelope extends beyond commercial limits. The 24-TSSOP package keeps board area small while providing 20 general-purpose I/O lines, I²C, SPI, and UART/USART connectivity, plus a 12-channel 12-bit ADC and a single 10-bit DAC for analog sensor interfaces.
The Cortex-M0+ core delivers 15 MHz clock speed. The 4 KB SRAM limits data buffering to a few hundred bytes.
It is in volume production and available through independent distribution.
