180 MHz Cortex-M4 with balanced on-chip memory
The NXP LPC54605J512BD100K is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 MCU from the LPC546xx series, clocked at 180 MHz. It carries 512 KB of Flash for program storage, 200 KB of SRAM for real-time data, and 16 KB of EEPROM for parameter retention — enough to run a moderate control loop, a USB stack, and a Modbus or CANopen protocol layer without external memory. 64 I/O lines and a 12-channel 12-bit SAR ADC are available.
