The NXP LPC4322JBD144E is a 32-bit dual-core microcontroller built around an ARM Cortex-M4 and Cortex-M0, clocked at 204 MHz. The M4 core handles DSP-intensive tasks and real-time control loops, while the M0 offloads peripheral management or low-power background operations. With 512 KB of Flash, 104 KB of SRAM, and 16 KB of on-chip EEPROM, the memory map supports moderate firmware footprints and parameter storage without external memory in many designs. Operating from 2.2 V to 3.6 V across -40°C to 105°C, this MCU is rated for industrial environments such as motor drives, factory automation controllers, and outdoor telecom equipment.
The 104 KB SRAM is split across local and AHB buses; designs that need large frame buffers or double-buffered communication should budget carefully — the 16 KB EEPROM block is separate and better suited for calibration constants or boot parameters.
