ARM7 MCU with Ethernet and USB OTG — 208-TFBGA
The NXP LPC2468FET208K is a 16/32-bit ARM7 MCU clocked at 72 MHz, with 512 KB of Flash and 98K x 8 of RAM. It carries a rich connectivity set: Ethernet, USB OTG, CAN, SPI, I²C, and a memory card interface. The 208-TFBGA package (15x15 mm) packs 160 I/O, making it a fit for industrial gateways, HMI panels, and multi-protocol bridges that need a single-chip control core.
At 72 MHz, the core handles a TCP/IP stack, a USB host stack, and a CANopen node simultaneously. The 512 KB Flash holds a full RTOS image plus application code; the 98 KB RAM buffers Ethernet frames and USB descriptors.
It remains a viable choice for new BOMs and production replenishment.
