72 MHz is the sweet spot for an ARM7 core running an Ethernet stack and a modest RTOS without needing external memory. The internal SRAM at 98K x 8 is tight for heavy Ethernet buffering, so plan on using the EBI for anything beyond a few sockets.
Power supply and temperature — industrial rated
The internal oscillator can be used for boot and low-speed operation, but for Ethernet or CAN you'll want an external crystal or oscillator for jitter control.
