The NXP LPC1547JBD48QL is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller from the LPC15xx series, clocked at 72 MHz with 64 KB of Flash program memory and 12K x 8 of SRAM.
Memory map and field-reprogrammability
64 KB of Flash is sufficient for a bootloader plus a moderate application — think a CANopen slave node or a USB CDC data logger. The 4 KB EEPROM holds calibration constants or fault logs without wearing the Flash. Both are in-system programmable via the internal bootloader over UART or USB.
CANbus, USB, I²C, SPI, and UART/USART are all on-chip. The 16-channel 12-bit ADC covers analog inputs like current-sense resistors or thermistor strings. Brown-out detect and POR are integrated, so the supply supervisor can be a simple regulator without a reset IC.
Compliance documentation (RoHS, REACH) is available with the shipment.
