33 µH, 250 mA — AEC-Q200 qualified
The Murata LQH43NH330J03L is a drum core wirewound inductor in the LQH43 series, offering 33 µH inductance with ±5% tolerance in a surface-mount 1812 (4532 Metric) package. Rated for 250 mA DC current with a maximum DC resistance of 840 mOhm, it is designed for power supply filtering and DC-DC converter applications where the unshielded construction is acceptable.
Fit and performance boundaries
The 33 µH inductance is measured at 1 MHz; the self-resonant frequency is 12 MHz, so the effective inductive region extends to roughly that frequency before parasitic capacitance dominates. The Q factor of 35 at 1 MHz gives a reasonable efficiency for resonant circuits at that frequency, but for power filtering the DCR of 840 mOhm is the main loss contributor — at 250 mA the I²R loss is about 52 mW, which combined with core loss at switching frequencies should be checked against the ambient temperature derating.
