330 µH wirewound for signal filtering and bias-T applications
The Murata LQH43MN331K03L is a drum core wirewound inductor with a nominal inductance of 330 µH at 1 MHz test frequency, ±10% tolerance. Rated current is 95 mA, with a maximum DC resistance of 8.2 Ohm — the DCR sets the I²R heating floor, so the 95 mA rating already accounts for self-heating at room ambient. Unshielded construction means the magnetic field extends beyond the component body — keep adjacent traces and low-impedance loops at least one part-width away to avoid coupling into the inductor's flux path.
Q factor and self-resonant frequency
Q is 40 minimum at 796 kHz — this is the figure of merit for the inductor's AC losses at that frequency. The self-resonant frequency is 3.6 MHz; above that the inductor behaves capacitively, so the part is best suited for filtering and DC bias applications below 1–2 MHz where the Q peak and the inductive region overlap.
Board-fit and storage
Surface-mount reflow profile follows standard lead-free solder paste recommendations for a ferrite-core component — no special bake-out required unless the tape-and-reel packaging has been exposed to high humidity beyond the manufacturer's floor-life limit. Available in cut tape or full reel quantities. The unshielded body has no metallic top coat, so pick-and-place vision systems should use the body outline for centring, not a reflective fiducial.
